Get to Know Our Management Team
Electro Painting & Refurbishing, Inc started with its first location in Chicago, IL, in 1999. We established additional locations in 2004, 2005, and 2007. At that time, EPR became the nation's largest on-site electrostatic painting company, with five offices. Our in-house-trained crews specialize in applying high-performance coatings using the electrostatic painting process.
The coatings and application method are designed for refinishing all types of metal, including ferrous, nonferrous, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and other conductive items. Whether at your location or ours, virtually no overspray occurs, saving our customers money by not wasting up to 50% of the costly paint used on every project. Each location has a fully equipped paint shop.
Count on us to provide high-quality on-site electrostatic painting, shop painting, and custom painting. We utilize high-performance materials and equipment while supplying our employees with proper training and an atmosphere that rewards performance.

Tom Constantino
President and Founder
Tom started Electro Painting & Refurbishing, Inc in 1999 after 10 years in sales and management in the electrostatic industry. EPR began as a one-person operation and has grown to be the largest electrostatic painting company in the USA with five locations. The key to the company's success is the relationships built with employees, customers, and vendors while delivering real value.
My interests are family first: spending time with my wife of over 30 years and our three awesome children. After family, racquetball, golf, fishing, hunting, and of course, working with the best people in the industry, take up the rest of my time. I consider myself lucky and work hard with the entire EPR family to earn the good fortune we all enjoy every day.
