Electro Painting and Refurbishing, Inc (EPR) is expanding and needs more Crew Personnel! Training is available. 

EPR is a Commercial/Industrial painting company that specializes in the use of the Electrostatic Painting process for spray painting metal items at our customer's location. We are seeking reliable, quality minded prep people and spray painters to prepare surfaces, protect areas not being painted and paint at our client’s locations and in our paint shop. We will train candidates who want to learn this specialized method in the painting trade.

We provide:

Top Pay rates –Trainees start at $18+/hour (depending on experience) - Lead Painters can make over $25/hour plus bonuses and Overtime.

Travel pay up to $3/hour when working out of town, plus per diem and hotel paid.

Majority of work is performed within the branch office surrounding area with some regional travel. For out of town work, EPR provides transportation, pays additional up to $3/hour and meal per diem and hotels.

Reliability- Our crews are 2 – 3 employees at the jobsite. Each person is important every day.

Ability to work daytime, evenings and occasional weekends. EPR doesn’t overschedule.
Even if you don’t have experience using the Ransburg #2 spray equipment, we will train the right individuals! This equipment and coatings are highly specialized and valuable. EPR will invest in long term employees. Even Painting Contractors hire our services due to the specialized nature of the field and expense of the equipment and coatings.
